PathViewer basic operations

PathViewr is an advanced 2D viewer which can open and browsea pathological slides. and have tools to allow one to add annotations and show Regions of Interest (ROIs) etc. It looks similar to the default OMERO.viewer.

Like the iviewer, it has 3 panels. The right hand side of the panel displays images within the dataset. The main panel displays the actual image while the right hand side of the pannel displays metadata-informatuon, labels, annotations/ROIs.
